It represents an advanced low-voltage draw-out switchgear solution currently available. The equipment consists of standardized modules, and the draw-out units are equipped with reliable mechanical interlock devices to deliver safer and more dependable operation.
This switchgear is applicable to AC 50(60) Hz systems, with rated operating voltages of 400 V and 660 V, and rated current up to 5000 A for three-phase five-wire power supply systems. It can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels, airports, docks, radio & TV and communication centers. It functions for power generation, power distribution, electric energy conversion, power consumption equipment control, and reactive power compensation of main busbars via capacitor banks.

It complies with national standard GB7251.1 Low-voltage Assemblies for Switchgear and Controlgear and IEC 60439 Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies.

Performance Features

  • The basic frame adopts an assembled structure. All components are fastened with screws, together with doors, end partitions, supports, draw-out units, busbars and other structural & electrical components to form a complete switchgear assembly.
  • The base frame is assembled from K-section steel (C-section steel). All frame structural parts are connected by self-tapping screws. Doors, panels, partitions, supports and draw-out components can be fitted on demand to form the complete cabinet. The installation dimension of cabinet and components changes in modulus E=25mm, featuring flexible, convenient and economical installation.
  • Modular design divides the cabinet into 3 functional compartments: main busbar compartment at the top, functional unit compartment in the front, cable inlet/outlet compartment at the rear. Compartments are separated by steel or insulation plates to ensure normal circuit operation and effectively prevent fault escalation. Live components inside the cabinet remain enclosed after the draw-out unit is pulled out, achieving higher safety and reliability.
  • Draw-out units are available in series heights: 1/4 unit, 1/2 unit, 1 unit (200mm), 2 unit (400mm), 3 unit (600mm). The height of draw-out units can be selected according to different loop currents, and the effective installation height of draw-out compartment reaches 1800mm.
  • Rated current of each draw-out unit is up to 630A. Each cabinet can accommodate up to 9 full units or 18 half-unit drawers. The 1/2-unit drawer is only for load circuits below 100A, while 1/4-unit drawers are only applicable to loads ≤32A.
  • Operating sequence enforced by mechanical interlock: the drawer can only be moved when both main and auxiliary circuits are fully disconnected. The mechanical interlock supports four positions: moving, test, connected and isolated, marked with corresponding symbols. The operating handle of mechanical interlock and main circuit breaker handle can lock three padlocks simultaneously.
